Hi, we’re Hamaad Karim (BEM) and Khizar Latif, Co-Founders of Proposul.
We started Proposul because we’ve both been on the front lines of legal work and we have seen how inefficient and time-consuming legal procurement can be. Complex RFPs, outdated processes and limited data often result in higher costs and missed opportunities. We knew there had to be a better way.
Between us, we bring legal experience across the UK and Middle East. Hamaad trained at Clifford Chance and has also worked at leading US law firms. Khizar trained at a leading Middle Eastern firm and has held roles across City firms, regional practices, boutiques and in-house legal teams, combining private practice and in-house experience across multiple markets.
At Proposul, we’re building the platform we wished existed. We’re simplifying legal procurement, giving in-house teams the data they need to make smarter decisions, and helping legal departments and law firms collaborate more efficiently. Legal operations deserve modern, intelligent tools that cut spend, reduce friction and deliver real impact.
